This weekend I enjoyed a lot with my family.

Taking a walk, shopping etc.

Thinking about the next month, I feel uneasy because I am going to take over as a fellow.

At present I've settled down to the system well so far, I think.

 

It should be a wonderful opportunity to take over as a fellow.

It should be a great responsibility. I should manage all of the patients.

However, this is what I have been looking forward to since I was a junior resident in Japan.

 

 

Today I am not an on-call.

So, I am enjoying drinking even from the morning.

About 2.5 months have passed since I came here.

Every day I am surprised at the differences in medical science.

When first I started my training here, I felt uncomfortable about the differences.

Looking back, this is what the study abroad means. I could apply these differences to the ways in my home country.

I try to behave as mature as possible in this point.

 

 

Today I've seen the very shocking event.

I think it is unacceptable.

He lost his mind during the op.

Since I started my residency here, I've seen several similar events.

Once we lose our mind or have temper during the op. , we would lose.

I feel very discouraged. 

今日はすこしがっかりさせられることの多い１日でした。

これが文化考え方の違いかなと実感してます。

今週末は当番でないため休めました。

明日からまたがんばれそうです。

英語もまだまだ修行中です。

英語は簡単とはいいますが本当に極めるのは簡単ではないと

つくずく思います。
